Cleanroom Construction in US

Myung Information is an experienced cleanroom constructor. We are running 2 cleanrooms in Korea for data recovery and LCD panel repairing. We have other cleanroom constuction and consulting experience in Suzhou China, Lamchabang Thailand, Mexico City Mexico and San Paulo Brazil. We would provide onsite consulting and budget construction. Generally cleanroom requires the following equipments.

(1)   Class

Before drawing, you have to decide what kind of cleanroom you need.; The class of cleenroom is classfied as follows.

(2)  Structure

Cleanroom can be build in many different stuructures. For class 100,  we recommened down flow  methods For class 10,000, we recommend turbulance structure.

(2)  Air Handling Unit (AHU)

Air handling Unit controlls the temperature and humidity of the cleanroom. The price of AHU is around  USD8,000 in case of 12,000 CMH.

(3)  Air Shower

Air Shower is removing dust in the cloth, shoes and other tools. Air shower cost around USD2,800 for 1~2 person entry.

(4) Goods Shower

Goods shower is similar with air shower but it is used for moving products in the cart. good shower cost around USD1,650.(1940 X 1000 X 2100).

(5)  Pressure Relier Damper

Damper keep the balance between the inside and outside air pressure difference. It prevent outside air to come inside. There are various dampers and it cost around USD65.

(6)  Fan Filter Unit

Fan filter unit is the combination of fan and HEPA filter (ULPA filter for class 10). One combination of FFU is around USD 250.(615X 615 X 380) or USD 300(1225 X 615 X360).

(7)    Cleanroom Wall and Ceiling (PU sandwith Panel)

PU sandwitch panel  is widely used for cleanroom wall. The construction material is around USD21 per squre meters.

(8)    Access Floor

Access floor is widely used for cleanroom floor of class 100. The construction cost is around USD35.
